JD Vance Wants to Destroy the Constitution. This is a Crisis.

JD Vance isn’t just offering empty rhetoric—he’s calling for the destruction of the Constitution. No, this isn’t some hyperbole or metaphor. It’s dangerously real.

In a recent social media post, Vance openly declared his belief that the rule of law and the separation of powers should be disregarded. He wants to burn the very document that this country was built on.

This is coming from a sitting Vice President, no less—somebody who helped shape the extreme, authoritarian Project 2025 agenda. His words are a direct threat to everything this country has stood for since its inception.

We’re talking about the vision of equality and justice that Martin Luther King fought for. The groundbreaking women who fought for the right to vote. Every legal victory that has brought us closer to being a more perfect union.

Vance and his allies, including Donald Trump, want to tear it all down. They want to eliminate the Constitution, because without it, they can push through a dictatorship—free from any checks, balances, or accountability.

Without the rule of law, this country would never have survived, never have thrived. Our Constitution has been the lifeblood of this nation. And for a sitting Vice President to openly suggest we toss it aside is beyond outrageous.

This is grounds for immediate impeachment.

I refuse to sit by while our democracy is under attack. I’m hitting the streets and getting out the vote—especially in swing states like Pennsylvania. Together, we’ll elect a Congress that will hold Vance and Trump accountable. A Congress that will fight to protect our Constitution—led by Speaker Hakeem Jeffries.
