5 REASONS to support the EAGLES and OBAMA!
This Super Bowl Sunday, if you're still undecided about which team to back, here’s why you should be firmly in the Philadelphia Eagles' corner.
It's Super Bowl Sunday, and if you're still on the fence about who to root for, let me give you five compelling reasons why you should be backing the Philadelphia Eagles over the Kansas City Chiefs today. Trust me, once you read these, you'll be firmly in the Eagles' corner!
1. Travis Kelce Supports Donald Trump: Let’s start with the Chiefs’ Travis Kelce. When asked about Donald Trump attending the Super Bowl, Kelce didn’t hold back, saying, “It's awesome. It's a great honor.” Now, regardless of where you stand politically, do you really want to root for somebody who associates with figures who have been a source of division in the country?
2. Jalen Hurts’ Respect for Leadership: Now, compare that with Eagles’ Jalen Hurts. Jalen isn’t just about football; he’s about values. He’s spoken highly of former President Barack Obama, calling him an “all-time leader.” Hurts even joined Obama ahead of the 2024 election, encouraging people to get out and vote. And just imagine: Hurts has expressed his hope of someday playing golf with Obama. If you’re into leadership, respect, and class—Hurts and the Eagles are your team.
3. Taylor Swift is an Eagles Fan: Here’s a fun one—Taylor Swift is a huge Eagles fan! Yes, while Swift has been wearing Chiefs red, let’s not forget that Swift has been vocal about her Philly pride. In fact, she sings about her “Eagles T-shirt hanging from the door” in her 2020 song “Gold Rush.” So, if you’ve ever jammed out to “Shake It Off,” know that Taylor herself is rooting for the Eagles. Do you really want to let her down?
4. Governor Josh Shapiro Believes in Democracy: Pennsylvania’s Governor Josh Shapiro, home to the Eagles, stands firmly for democracy and defending the rights of all Americans. Under his leadership, the state has committed to protecting fair elections and the principles of justice. On the other hand, Missouri’s Governor Mike Kehoe—home to the Kansas City Chiefs—has been a vocal election-denier, refusing to accept the results of the 2020 presidential election. It’s pretty clear which side you’d want to support when it comes to protecting our fundamental freedoms.
5. The Constitution was signed in Philadelphia: Enough said.

Travis Kelce does not support Donald Trump. The reason he said it’s a great honor is because he’s talking about just being invited to the White House. He is a known Democrat.
Trav does not support Don Old. I’m a KC born & raised- democrat and will always remain a loyal Chiefs fan- although the state elects some very unqualified & questionable representatives.
